Divisional Managers

As a highly experienced retailer, you'll inspire and lead a team of Sales Managers and Department Managers as well as a number of concessions. We'll expect you to identify areas and opportunities for improvement, manage P&L and drive the business forward by working closely with Buying & Merchandising and other functions across the business.

It's a high profile and visible role that will see you set the direction required to enable great performance, not to mention develop and encourage the same commercial focus in your managers.
